1. What do I need to shop at Herbarium?

You must be 21+ with a valid government-issued ID. Medical patients must be 18+ with a valid medical recommendation or medical card. No exceptions.

2. Do you accept debit or credit cards?

We accept cash and debit cards. An ATM is available on-site if needed. Debit transactions may be subject to a small processing fee.

3. Can I order online?

Absolutely. You can place an order for pickup or delivery directly through our website. Simply choose your preferred location and start shopping.

4. How much cannabis can I legally purchase at one time?

In California, adults 21+ may purchase up to:

  • 28.5 grams of cannabis flower
  • 8 grams of cannabis concentrate

Medical patients may qualify for higher limits where permitted by law.

5. Do you ship cannabis?

No. We do not ship cannabis products under any circumstances. All purchases must be made in-store or through licensed local delivery services where available.

6. What should I bring with me?

Please bring a valid, original government-issued ID. Expired IDs, photocopies, screenshots, and photos of IDs cannot be accepted.

7. Do you offer delivery?

Yes. Delivery is available in select areas. Visit our website, choose your nearest Herbarium location, and enter your address to check eligibility.

9. Can I return cannabis products?

Due to state regulations, cannabis products generally cannot be returned once they leave the store. If you experience an issue with a product, please contact our team and we'll do our best to help.
